The business, which was established over 10 years ago has been owned by our vendor for 4 years and is now being reluctantly offered for sale as he plans to pursue an unrelated business venture.

The business has many different sources of income which when put together add to an impressive annual turnover of approximate £390,000 and a gross profit of approximate £130,000.

Sales are achieved as follows:

- £6500 per week from newsagents
- £200 per week from internet café
- £1200 per week from sandwich bar
- £100 per week commission on the national lottery and paypoint
- Totalling £8000 per week.

The newsagents offers a range of goods and services including:

- Cigarettes, tobacco and cigars
- Confectionery and ice creams
- Newspapers and magazines

It does not have any newspaper rounds but does deliver to a few local businesses and is worth approximately £500 per week
