Advent Business Sales is delighted to have been instructed to offer to the market this outstanding, extremely well established and profitable supplier of professional hair and beauty products.

The business, which was founded over 30 years ago, has been in the careful hand of the current vendors for over 3 years and is only now being reluctantly offered for sale as they are unable to give it their full attention due to the extreme pressures of their other businesses.

Our clients have their own branded products which they supply to wholesalers nationally with many items not available from any other source. They include:
- Cosmetic pads
- Hairdressing foils
- Cotton wool pads
- First aid kits

Our clients are prepared to work with a new purchaser for a period of time to ensure a smooth hand over, introduction to existing customers and to help with the many new products which are currently being developed.

They currently achieve annual sales of approximately £289,000 + gross profits of approximately £121,000. However, with the new products coming on stream, these figures could quite easily double in a very short period of time.


This is a low overhead and high profit business and would be an excellent investment for an enthusiastic and committed individual or as a ‘bolt on’ for an existing operator.

Employees:The business, which is managed on a part time basis by our two vendors, also has a part time account manager who works approximately 1 day per week and has 4 self employed agents with a further 2 being appointed shortly.

Location:Our client is presently located in a shared facility office and warehouse in Derbyshire. The business however, is totally re-locatable anywhere in the UK as its products are distributed nationally.

It could, quite easily, be run from home with its own or shared warehouse facility of approximately 2000 sq ft being the only prerequisite.
