The business operates as a haulier and delivers to many destinations throughout the UK and with occasional trips into Europe

Our client has achieved an enviable reputation by providing a next day service on behalf of its customers.

Our client is more than happy to assist the buyer during a handover period and effect the required introductions to the customer base.

Our vendor is supported by 9 very reliable drivers, who have been with our clients for many years and by 7 self employed drivers. These numbers are however, due to expand very shortly to 12 employed drivers and 12 self employed.

This will have the effect of more than doubling the current turnover and should result in net profits being earned at the rate of £1,000,000 per annum.

It has been intimated from a major blue chip client that our clients form a major part in their expansion plans and it is envisaged that within the next year an additional 26 full time drivers will be required. Once the business achieves this level of turnover profitability should be in the region of £2 million per annum.
