Advent Business Sales have been instructed to offer for sale this well established and growing concern.

Established 9 years ago by the vendor, it is now reluctantly offered for sale due to the vendor’s retirement plans.

The business is currently staffed by the vendors with all additional work being sub contracted. Our client offers installation and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the UK. They are also involved in cold room design & build.

The current mix of work consists of approximately 80% commercial work with 20% in the home market which is greatly increasing due to increasing temperatures and proving evermore popular.

A large amount of commercial work will include such premises as hospitals, universities, doctors premises and offices and work is generated by word of mouth and recommendation with additional advertising in local Yellow Pages only, business pages and an increasing amount of enquiry coming from the companies own website.

The business has a healthy forward order book normally consisting of about £20,000 for the following month.

Stock is held on a minimal level of around £10,000.
