Established 14 years ago by the vendor, it is now reluctantly offered for sale due to their other commitments.

Currently staffed solely by the vendor the business offers installation of security and alarm systems predominantly to but not exclusively to the home market.

Having offered this service for 14 years the company has also ensured high sales of maintenance service contracts with this now constituting a large part of the operation of the business.

These consist of a dual price structure consisting of £55.00. for call outs only cover per annum with £75.00 consisting of call out and parts cover per annum.

Servicing of installed systems is carried out on an annual basis and renewal of the contract taken out at this time.

This currently constitutes approximately 45 appointments per month, enabling the owner of the business to work approximately 3 days per week only.

The business is advertised only on a minimal basis consisting of lineage in Yellow Pages and Thompson’s with new installations coming from recommendation.
