Advent Business Sales have been instructed to offer this well-established freight transport business for sale.

Established 20 years ago by the vendor it is now reluctantly offered for sale due to the vendors other commitments.

The business offers freight haulage for a number of blue chip freight distributors locally and covers the whole of the UK plus offering international coverage, which is sub-contracted.

This is a successful business with well-maintained vehicles including:
 1 x 7.5 tonne truck
 1 x 18 tonne truck
 1 x 38 tonne truck
 3 x 44 tonne trucks

The company owns the trucks and 2 are run on a contract hire basis. In addition there is a skeletrailer a curtain side trailer and a flat bed trailer, all of which are owned by the company plus 1 further flat bed trailer.

The vendor is willing to negotiate a hand over period in relation to this, offering any new owner, who does not have an operator licence, the opportunity to obtain one whilst still operating the business with the vendor in place possibly as an employee.
