Advent Business Sales is pleased to have
been instructed to offer to the market this
extremely well established and popular
storage and removals business.
Originally established in 1946 and owned by
our clients since 1990, the business is only
now being reluctantly offered for sale as the
owner plans to retire.
The business has approximately 2,500 sq feet
premises which are almost exclusively used
for the storage of customers goods, both
short and long term. This part of the
business contributes up to £1000 per
calendar month on a regular basis.
In addition, the business operates a removal
business, which is complimentary in nature.
The vast majority of work is generated with
minimal advertising with up to 80% of
removals being within a 20-mile radius of
the premises. They do however, have
removals to continental Europe.
The business has 4 vehicles which are
included in the sale price, these are:

Mercedes 13 T gross weight

Sprinter (Luton type) 3.5T

Transit (Luton type) 3.5T
The business employs 2 part time staff who
are paid a retainer of 18 hours per week
each, only hours actually worked over 18 are
then payable.
Included with each van are sack barrows,
piano shoes, skates, stair climbers and
blankets.
