This market leading retailer of Lawn Bowls equipment and clothing was established by the current owner more than fifteen years ago. Since that time the business has developed, and is now recognised as the equipment and clothing supplier of choice in the UK.

A number of years ago, the current owners spotted an opportunity to expand the business, without the cost of additional premises, by fully embracing internet technology. The result is that the company is now a true ‘clicks & bricks’ operation, with circa 70% of all sales generated through the business’s full e-commerce website. Regular internet sales are now made to Lawn Bowls enthusiasts in the UK, USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Canada, Cyprus, Canary Isles, Jersey and Ireland. Orders have also been despatched to customers in South Africa, Spain, Holland, Belgium, Thailand, Israel, Germany and Russia.

Operating from excellent, air conditioned premises in a busy town, with the nearest competitor more than forty miles away, yet within commuting distance of Central London, the retail shop is also a flourishing business, generating circa 30% of total turnover. Many sales are made to local club players: the shop has also become a destination location, with some customers travelling more than seventy five miles to visit, to take advantage of the excellent range of products stocked, combined with knowledgeable staff.
