Advent Business Sales is pleased to offer to
the market this well established café which
has been trading successfully for the past 6
years.
The current vendor has been in ownership for
the last 2 years but is reluctantly selling due
to other business commitments, which is
detracting him from the business on sale.
The café offers a good mixture of both hot
and cold food and beverages at very
reasonable prices, as well as outside catering
for 3 major customers on a regular basis and
3 to 4 other companies on an occasional
basis. The remaining customers are mainly
regular local people.
Two full time employees staff the business.
