extremely well established public house with
excellent future potential.
Founded over 30 years ago and in the proud
ownership of the current owner for over 9
years, this large pub is only now being
reluctantly offered for sale due to his ill
health.
The pub has a healthy wet trade of
approximately £6,000 per week and as a
good commercial kitchen, which is currently
let out as a Chinese restaurant with an
income of £270 per week.

approximately £3,000.
The pub has 3 separate trading areas:
• The lounge, which is licensed for

• The bar which can take 50
• The games/function room which can
hold 40.
The lounge has 2 raised seating areas, one of
which is used predominantly by the

from which live music or karaoke’s can be
played. Entry to the lounge is from the beer
garden or from the car park.
