Advent Business Sales is pleased to offer to

retail butchers, which has been trading
successfully for the past 60 years or so.
Although the current vendor has been in
ownership for only a short time, he has to
reluctantly sell due to the needs of a young
family.
Our client has achieved an enviable
reputation by selling only top quality local
meats, main customers are usually residential
to the area but some wholesale sales are also
becoming a regular thing.
The business runs on the lines of a
traditional retail butcher with traditional
cuts as well as modern requirements for pre
‘spiced’ fare.
Our client also makes his own sausages and
roasts both chickens and hams. In addition,
a good delicatessen is offered. Also chutneys,
hot/cold meat pies and slices pasties etc.

meals and offering meats to local hotels and
restaurants.

BUSINESS PREMISES
The shop is single fronted with refrigerated
window display to the right hand and

servery extending toward the rear of
