fashion outlet.
The business was established approximately
30 years ago and has been in the proud
ownership of our vendor for 12 years. It is
now reluctantly being offered for sale as she
is planning to retire.
The business offers an excellent range of
French and Italian fashion wear, as well as
quality accessories, jewellery and handbags.
All the items are competitively priced but
still retain an excellent gross profit margin.
The lock up premises have been tastefully
decorated and are equipped to a very high
standard by the vendor and as the business
has very little local competition, it benefits
from a high level of repeat custom.

including extending the opening hours,
advertising (non is done at present) and by
increasing the sales range to include shoes.
