Advent Business Sales have been instructed
to offer for sale this well established
business which has been successfully trading
since 2000.
The vendor has reluctantly decided to sell
due to deteriorating health reasons and
personal commitments.
Our client has built up a good reputation
which enjoys a high percentage of repeat
custom.
The business specialises in manufacturing
fine art canvasses box, frame, picture frames
and mirrors.
All work is carried out to a specific standard
with over 200 regular customers and a
further access to over 150 in addition.
The products are then sold to retailers such
as furniture and fireplace establishments,
where they display and sell the product.
The marketing is channelled through
regionalised agents, who work for the vendor
and actively look to achieve a regular sales
pattern.
Turnover at present is not as expected, this is
due to the vendor’s ill health, which has
hampered his involvement and day to day
running of the operation.
This business has the base and formula to
treble turnover within a short frame of time
and this is a conservative estimate.
Advertising is done through leaflet
distribution, local papers and through
regional agents. A high proportion of sales
are via recommendation and competitive
pricing.
The business is staffed at manufacturing
level by the vendor and 1 full time and 1
part time employee.

in the form of a hand over period to ensure a
smooth transition.
