Advent Business Sales is pleased to have
been instructed to offer for sale this
extremely well established flat roofing
builder and repairer which offers excellent
potential for expansion.
Established in 1979 by the current vendor, it
is only now being offered to the market as he
wishes to pursue an alternative business
venture.
The business is currently operated by the
vendor only and provides a complete
installation or repair service for fascia,
guttering and flat roofs.
The business only works within a 15 mile
radius from Reading but still achieves a
respectable annual turnover of £50,000.
The vendor has an excellent reputation with
the majority of work coming via personal
recommendation and word of mouth. He
does also however, advertise in the Yellow
Pages and the BT Classified Directory.
Our client has a verbal contract in place to
repair/renovate the many flat roofs at a local
school.
EXPANSION POTENTIAL
We feel that the business has excellent scope
to increase both its turnover and profits
further by:
1. Expanding the geographical area that
is covered.
2. Accepting more of the work which is
presently declined.
3. Employing more staff to deal with
the heavy workload
