Advent Business Sales are delighted to offer
to the market this extremely profitable head
hunting recruitment business.
The business, which was founded by our
client in 2005, is only now being reluctantly
offered for sale to enable him to pursue an
alternative business venture in sports
psychology.
Our client specialises in the recruitment of
independent financial advisors for a national
company, which provides whole of market
advice, structure and complete compliance
and technology services across the UK and is
supported by Standard Life, who is one of
the UK’s largest insurance companies.
Our client only works approximately 2 or 3
days per week and in the last 12 months
achieved annual sales of circa £142,000 with
minimal overhead spend.
Our client is prepared to work with or for a
new purchaser to effect a smooth transition
and to ensure the business remains
successful.
It is envisaged that in approximately 4 years
time, the head company is planned to float
on the stock exchange. If this was so it has
been agreed that each of the recruiters would
benefit by approximately £1 million each,
provided that they recruit a minimum of 20
IFA’s per year over that time. Any increase
over 20 per year, the benefit would be
apportioned greater.

EXPANSION POTENTIAL
Although our client has a very exceptional
business, he knows it could, with the right
application, double its turnover by:
1. Working more days than the 2
currently worked
2. Email marketing to its 2000 name
database
3. Extending the area covered, with
particular emphasis on London
4. Advertising in trade magazines
5. Having an employee to carry out
telesales marketing
