burglar and intruder alarm systems company,
which has been trading as a part tie business
successfully for the past 28 years.
It was the current vendor who started the
business and is reluctantly selling due to
serious health reasons.
Currently staffed solely by the vendor, the
business offers design, installation and
service, as well as upgrades of security and
alarm systems for both domestic and
commercial premises.
There is a database of 227 customers. This
database upgrades for servicing and reminds
the owner that the customer may need an
upgrade from time to time.
Systems now available can link into the
smoke alarm, can ring out to outside security
if wires are cut, even if system is not
activated.
As well as this, the company also offers
CCTV systems, some 24 x 7 or intruder
activated, linked or not to the alarm system.
The company is on google and is in the top
five for Leicester/Rutland.
The company advertises in both Yellow
Pages, Yell.Com and local magazines but
most of its business originates from word of
mouth and recommendation.
A new owner would need to have a
certificate for ‘tapping into mains supply’
but the present owner has expressed the wish
to help a new owner as much as possible to
established themselves.
For a domestic system the cost is
approximately £350 basic with £55 per
system service and £2000 for a domestic
CCTV system.
We are advised that stock at cost is
approximately £500.
