The business was formed by the current
vendor some 15 years ago and it has now
reluctantly been offered for sale due to the
vendors desire to emigrate.
The business specialises in exterior
groundwork and designed decorative
concrete for both the domestic and
commercial market.
The business is Lafarge approved which adds
tremendous creditability.
Our client has built an enviable reputation
with his trade name being synonymous in the
South Yorkshire area.
The business is well equipped for purpose
and includes a vast range of tools and
materials.
The vendor has several moulds and master
moulds and relevant machinery to produce
his own colour.
Our client has chosen to down scale his
operation as he and his family spend a great
deal of time abroad and his ultimate aim is

Previous years show a healthy turnover in

Two full time tradesmen are employed.
Stock at cost is approximately £5,000 worth
