Advent Business Sales have been instructed
to offer for sale this highly desirable
supermarket. It has in the hands of the
vendors since March 2008.
The premise has been converted from a motor
spares business which started up in 1994.
Since acquiring the premises, our clients have
channelled their efforts into renovating and

supermarket where sales have risen to

therefore the immediate target customers of
over 5000 household will further swell the

There is a new £25million project that has
