This company was formed in 2003 and primarily offered design and development services to clients. Over the years the business has expanded its services to include SEO, Consultancy, Logo Design and Technical Outsourcing for other agencies. This has helped to increase our client base and allowed us to cater for a number of Blue Chip Companies.

The company has developed a strong portfolio of both small businesses and national companies, geographically spread over the UK with some overseas clients. The ongoing work for some of these accounts for around 30% of our sales each year.

Expansion potential: Currently all income streams are generated purely through reccommendations and word of mouth. At present we do no marketing and have no sales team.

Support & training: Post sale, the current owners of the business will provide all necessary training to the new owners and will continue to offer assistance for several months.

Reasons for selling: The company is currently run as a partnership, and it's due to one partner looking to relocate that they have decided the time has come to explore new business avenues. Due to these circumstances we would be willing to consider offers.
