Our clients Day Nursery is conveniently located on the site of a primary school in a highly residential area in a town north east of the city of Birmingham. There are also many other schools in the area that the nursery feeds into

The town itself is one of the more sedate and highly sort after locations outside Birmingham. The town via the A38 links to both the A5 and the M42 motorway.
THE BUSINESS
Advent Business Sales are pleased to offer to the market this extremely well established nursery, which has been trading successfully since 1993 and has been on its present site since 1996.

The current vendor has been in constant ownership and is reluctantly selling due to relocation and a change in circumstances.

The nursery offers its services to little ones from the age of 2 years up to 5 years. It operates in school term time only and care for 28 children a session, for 5 days.

The nursery presently has a register of over 60 children & is full for Sept 2009 with a waiting list for 2010.

All recommendations for the nursery are made by word of mouth.

The school, on who’s ground the nursery stands, are very co-operative, allowing use of their playground and field by the nursery at convenient times with the schools. The school also allows the nursery access to their hall once a week for P.E and twice a year to put on their performances.

Although the nursery owns the building, it does not own the land it stands on, this therefore is paid for as a quarterly rent and is subject to a renewable 5 years planning lease. With close co-operation with the school, this has not been a problem at all, as the nursery is acting as a first learning filter for the school’s intake, therefore giving a ‘win, win’ situation.
