This trading partnership was established in 1999 and has established itself as one of a few agencies dealing purely with permanent placements for candidates with specialist skills in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning.They will source anyone from an apprentice to a director and regularly place combustion engineers, mechanical technicians, electricians, sales engineers and branch managers for a client base of circa twenty five companies spread across the length and breadth of the UK.
Ninety five percent of their revenue stream is generated in this manner with the remaining five percent coming from supplying staff to the building services industry.
The company has an on going candidate bank of circa one hundred and twenty individuals. All of these are subject to a rigorous telephone interview and must supply a full curriculum vitae and proof of qualifications.
