The company provide a regular wheelie bin washing service to a large customer base made up of domestic and commercial customers. The bins are washed using specially designed bin washing equipment that complies with the Environment Agency and Water Authority Regulations. The company holds all the necessary licenses and permissions to operate under these regulations. All the company records are computerised using a bespoke computer management system that makes it easy to manage the large customer base. The company has a 07-plate vehicle on lease hire and has two sets of bin washing equipment making servicing and repair possible with out the need to stop operating. The company has a website that allows new customers to order their bin washing online.

The current owner just manages the business as they have other business commitments and this is the reason for the sale. There are currently 2 employees that run the bin washing side of the business with the current owner performing administration.

The business has great growth potential and the current vehicle has the capacity to wash a third more bins than it is doing currently. To achieve this you would have to put effort into sales, something the current owner cannot do due their other business commitments.
