They sell a wide range of merchandise including, nuts, bolts, terminal fuses, hacksaw blades, jubilee clips, drills, spares, fasteners, hand tools, etc.

Over the years two sales rounds have been created, and customers are called on a regular basis. Some customers need a regular weekly call, whilst others are seen on a monthly basis. The average order value is circa £50 although it is not unusual to receive an order for £300. Most customers pay immediately but the business does have a small amount of account customers.

The success of the business comes from being able to supply small amounts of accessories to their customers on a regular basis and being able to maintain good profit margins on all products.
