Friday nights are Big Band nights which draw in approx. 500 people, bringing in excellent revenue from the bar sales. The Big Band night is not operated during the peak wedding season.

The conference and function suites currently account for more than 50% of the turnover, whilst the restaurant provides first class food, fine wine and attentive service in relaxing surroundings. Plenty of on site off road parking is available for the convenience of the guests.
